We uphold a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented to Soft Touch Beauty Solutions at the time services are rendered. Any misplaced certificates are not refundable, replaceable, or valid.

If you booked an appointment to redeem a gift certificate and need to cancel it, must be done with 24 hours notice. If you fail to, your gift certificate will be considered redeemed for the time held on the books, and will no longer be valid.
